My Story
Training and Development is vital to any organization. Ongoing training and upskilling of the workforce encourages creativity. New ideas can be formed as a result of training and development. If the world’s finest hammers and saws are given to an inexperienced and unmotivated team of carpenters, a poorly built house would be likely to follow. If your team is solid but with inadequate resources, the quality of the product or result would still be wanting.
E.M.B. Training and Consultancy Services will facilitate and design effective training for you to meet the pressing needs of your personnel, of your teams, of your leaders, and of your organizations.
Solid research and my varied and extensive experience in handling learning professional roles as a classroom teacher, a High School Principal of one of the leading private schools in the National Capital Region, Jubilee Christian Academy, as the Country Director of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) Philippines, and as trainer and speaker in different events have made me see first-hand that any person, team, or organization could be motivated and influenced to perform at the highest level.

God is the only source of our gifts and talents, of every thing we possess, every experience we encounter, every triumph and challenge we face. We “can do all things through Christ who strengthens” us (Phil4:13) . We give the praise and the glory to God alone.
Passion and Commitment to Excellence
Aristotle said “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to his courage and boldness to commit to excellence, regardless of the field of endeavor one is in. There is always room for creativity and innovation that awaits every individual and organization. “Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable — if anything is excellent or praiseworthy — think about such things (Phil4:8).
Service to Others
With the talents and gifts one has, it is but fitting to share them with others in the form that best suits them: through advice or consultancy, support and motivation through effective training and learning, wherever they may be.
My Approach
Key events are scheduled for specific learning programs for specific teams or groups. The topics and the schedules are found in the Learning Programs Page.
Organizations and institutions can call or email to consult on any of our programs for customized training to be conducted within the company or school. Programs can be customized depending on the organization’s needs. A survey form is sent to any group / company soliciting any of the services offered.
Most of the programs are output-based to ensure that effective learning takes place. Follow-up visits and / or consultations can be set as the needs arise.
Participants can range from 15 to 40 with registration fees starting at PHP1000.00 with materials and meals provided.
